It is the responsibility of the event organizer to post or notify attendees of the refund policy for each event. EventNut will not be responsible for issuing refunds to attendees or for any disputes or chargeback requests between attendees and event organizers.
If you need to refund an attendee, you can do so by going to the Attendees screen and clicking the refund icon next to the attendee's name. On the pop-up dialog, you can leave the 'Cancel registration' option un-checked (which will leave the registration in place but mark it as comped) or check the 'Cancel registration' option to cancel the ticket and make it available for purchase.
We will be adding the ability to refund all attendees in bulk and cancel entire events (which will include canceling all tickets) in the near future.
