How do I contact my attendees?

EventNut does not have a built-in email system. Attendees are emailed their registration details when they sign up for an event, but EventNut cannot be used for marketing or other communications that you'd like to send your attendees.

However, we've made it easy to export your Attendee list to MailChimp or as a .csv file for import into other mail systems. We also plan to add support for additional email service providers soon.

To export your attendee list to MailChimp:

1. Go to the Attendees screen and click the Export to MailChimp link in the upper right corner of your screen.

2. If you haven't already added your MailChimp API key under Settings, you will be prompted for that now. If you don't have a MailChimp API key, you can generate one by logging into your MailChimp account and then clicking Account -> Extras -> API keys.

3. You'll then be prompted to choose the existing MailChimp list that you'd like to export your Attendees to. If you don't have an existing list that you can use, you will need to set that up in MailChimp first. Click the Export button and your attendees will be added to your MailChimp list.

**Note that we will be adding additional features soon that will allow you to create new MailChimp lists from within EventNut and automatically update those lists in real time as attendees register.
